“Print(s)” refers to fine art photography print viewed and purchased through our website. 

2. The personal information we collect and how we use it

In order to process orders and provide you with a quality services we will collect the following:

Contact details including –name, email address, telephone number, postal address. This will be necessary for us to communicate, to ensure that the fine art prints you purchase from our website are delivered to you.

In order to take advantage of some of our services, you may need to supply us with the personal details of a third party (for example, their name and address if you wish to send them a print to them as a gift). We will not use this information for anything other than providing the service for which the information was supplied.

Transaction data“. If you purchase a photography fine art print from our website, information will be required for the transaction to be processed including your name, your contact details, your billing address, payment card details and the transaction details. This information will be handled by our payment provider (third party) 

Usage data“. We may process information about your use of our website and services. This information is anonymous and might include IP address, browser, geographical location, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of our website use. This data is collected by our website analytical tracking system and is used to improve the quality of our website user experience. 

3. How we use the personal information

Your personal data will be collected, processed, stored and used by us, and only shared with affiliated companies solely with the purpose of fulfilling  your order.

Operations – your personal information will be used for the processing and fulfilling orders, supplying the prints, generating invoices, bills and other payment-related documentation. 

Relationships and communications – We may use your contact details for the purposes of managing our relationships, communicating (excluding for the purposes of direct marketing) by email, and/or telephone, to provide support and complaint handling where required by you. 

Newsletter and promotion – We will use your contact information to send news via email, unless you ask us not to. This will enable us to update you on new projects, on the progress of the projects that you helped support by buying An Equal Share Photography print and informing you of any new images released on our website.  

Research and analysis – We may use usage data for the purposes of researching and analysing the use of our website and services to continuously improve customer experience.

Record keeping   Information you provide will be used to update our database stored in Equal Share Photography company computers, protected by password. This will enable us to keep record of edition numbers.

Legal compliance and vital interests – We may also process your personal data where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

4. Providing your personal data to third parties

The data we collect will not be sold to any third parties  

Contact data: We will not disclose any of your personal data, other than your telephone number, email and postal address to courier companies under contract with us so they can provide you with delivery updates and deliver the prints you have purchased to you.

Transaction data: We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer’s card details with any third parties except with our payment service provider.

Financial transactions relating to your purchases are handled by our payment services providers STRIPE. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Browsing information will be stored by the website provider (Guru cloud) for the purpose of the analysis and tracking. 

We will not share your data with any other organisations without your permission unless we are legally entitled to do so (for example, in the case of a court order or for the purposes of prevention or detection of crime or fraud).

Legal obligations: In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 4, we may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. We may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.
